i can't see the innards of the plenum - the turbo could be underneath with the plumbing at the bottom of the plenum - with no huge intake manifold there, it would leave plenty of room
i'm seriously doubting 340 NA - 320 is the highest i've ever heard of - i have not seen documentation on it, and that motor was would up tighter than a 2 dollar watch, and good for about 35 hours - 340 is an awfully big jump

I dont see anything that says Turbo to me. i dont see any turbo, no plumbing, no intercooler.
as for making 340. It is unlikely, but plausible with the right amount of work. The lifespan of the motor may not be long, but not many race motors have a long lifespan and require rebuilding constantly.
As for hearing of it by now.....Most people on this sight or 968.net have never heard of the Big Cams some people make for these cars, or the stroker kits, or the big bore kits. But they exist.
I dont know if im coming off as being argumentative...that is not my intent.
I doubt this car has 340HP. I do believe its possible with the right amount of work, time & money invested. I dont doubt this car is making over 300HP.
