powder coat shop said they think they will have the last unit done tomorrow - it got back-burnered by a large spring order



then i can pick it up, package it (telling me the new packaging costs) and then publish final numbers



on presumption of deposits being down on all 10, schedule would likely be commence bending at 3rd week of may - i do not realistically see completion in less than a month from then



logistics are painful with this - very hard to get time commitments - cheap good or fast - pick any two - i have been losing on the fast part

As Flash indicated, I have the DE version of the "stiffener" installed, and I have had two young men (ages 6 and 3) in the rear seats with no problems. Yes, there are only seat belts there, and it is possible that some legal compliance issues could arise. That's one of the reasons that, when the rear seats are occupied, the top is up.

yeah - when i notify everybody, i'll add the link to the site where i had the state by state list of which states required child belts - ugly ticket if you get caught in the wrong state with kids in the back and no shoulder harnesses
