Mushy Clutch
#1

When I first start the car the clutch is almost on the floor and mushy. It works ok but not a good feel. After warming up it gets much much better. The clutch doesn’t seem to slip and no problem changing gears.

I have bled the system and replaced all of the oil with no improvement.

Thinking about replacing the slave and master. Any other suggestions before I spend the money?

Agreed, but given the age of our cars, it's probably a good idea to go ahead and replace the hose (get the steel braided one from RS Barn), along with the master and slave cylinders. My clutch wasn't giving me any symptoms, but there was a very noticeable improvement in pedal firmness after I replaced these parts. Good luck.
