the secret is you need two people..one to hold the glass in place while you get things together.
This is a scissors mechanism with three sliding points and one fixed point, the motor gear arm.
Obviously, the door panel has to be off. and the plastic sheet. Remove the two bolts holding the lower left door frame slider and remove the slide channel. Have the window held almost to the top. loosen the three? mounting bolts for the power motor and the wiring for the motor but ONLY loosen them, don;t take them out. Engage the two window sliders and their respective arms by collapsing the arms and feeding the wheels into place. If you can't get the arms into the window slots, then completely remove motor bolts. They will now be very easily placed. Replce the motor bolts, but don;t tighten all the way.
slide on the third channel you took off earlier (facing the right way). Slowly have the person lower the window until the channel is lined up with the bolt holes and bolt it into place. USe a little lube on the channels. snug up the motor bolts and test it SLOWLY! May have to readjust motor bolts to find optimum location.
BE CAREFUL with the three black wheels!! you can't get them separately, you have to buy a whole new scissor mechanism (100$)..or you can make one like I did. Watch your fingers, there is a lot of power in theat mechanism!
thses things always come apart more easily than they go back together.
