well last night after readong everything on the air box mod i finally decided to do it. cut them out perfectly, sanded the rough edges down, made everything clean and nice. then jumped in the car for a quick test drive. i notice a difference, but what i notice more is the sound! it sounds great. mo im just waiting to get my full rsbarn exhaust!

Funny this topic came up...

I had my front bumper off recently and decided to put (as flash calls it, a plenum) behind the upper front grill

from the front bumper brace to the air hole. It definitely made a diiference at speed with a more linear pick up.

Now I have to replace it as I used cardboard and it gets wet when I washed the car... (DUH)

Flash, what did you do and what material did you used??
