Where can I get a Driver's Side Door Threshold?
#1

Hi,

The plastic threshold has completely come apart. Can anyone point me to a source?

Thanks

Steve

Hi Steve,

Most of us rely on Sunset in Oregon for OEM replacement parts. They are very reliable and lowest price (10% over cost)

Good Luck,

Jay

Was 40$..now 58$ from 944online. Same as the 944/951, but you may have to trim off a tiny bit. I bought two new ones and 10 new metal retaining clips a few months back.

Be sure to specify side. I get many parts from this source. They are cheap and fast shippers.

I already payed with Paypal. It will be a bit of a hassle to turn it around now.

Oh well. Pelican has a short piece too. I don't have my car here at home, but I don't remember a short piece or at least I don't remember removing one.

their catalog is wrong - the things they have listed are the body gaskets for the rockers - i alerted them and they are correcting it

part number is 944.551.121.01.01C left and 944.551.122.01.01c right - i also ordered new clips

Try pelican for a used one, lots of 944's being parted out.

My order has been confirmed - no mention of any stock issue, so I'll see.

These little parts are the type I wouldn't purchase used unless I could see them in person. Too likely that exactly what's wrong with mine would be what's wrong with the used ones.
