Saw this on youtube and thought I'd check and see if it was anyone's car here. Makes me glad I put in the SS clutch hose.

Not at you Matt, but people should heed the warnings of others misfortunes.

Doing the yearly check and looked at the clutch master hose, looked ok but feeling underneith the surface felt rough.

Ordered a 944 one, when the pipe is tweeked the new position is away from some of the heat source that is a killer on the hose.

The 944 hose is less than a 1/3 of the OEM part.

No the fittings are the same ,just the 90 degree bend has to be altered.

Could put some pictures on the old set up but I am stuck getting them up with the new changes, also I have to keep loging on!

Any one else having probs or is it my old com or me!

i know the turbo is different, and i think the S2 is as well - different fitting size - not sure about the early 944

one more post, and you should be bumped back to the correct level - your pic problems should then be resolved - as for the login issue, you probably have cookies disabled - they must be enabled to remember your login - after making sure they are turned on, go to the index page and hit "clear cookies set by this board" - then log out and back in and you should be good to go

Thanks Flash.I will put a picture of the old hose and the new 944 hose as fitted to the 968.

The 944 hose is as you say for the early type as I ordered two.

cripesl thats one picture up, should have been under the text but it has positioned itself at the start of the posting!
