Side mirror removal
#1

Today I replaced the door handle gaskets which was quite easy but I also wanted to replace the side mirror gasket and I just could not see how they come off. If anyone can help here I would appreciate the info. By the way I lubricated all of the window regulator parts while I was in the door and what a difference in speed. I highly recommend doing this for slow power windows.

thanks

John

I haven't taken my mirrors off yet but I do know that if you turn the break away mirrors there is a screw on the base that holds the unit to the door. remove this unplug the wires and there you go.
