Are the rear window struts the same size? Mine are failing , so I checked prices on Pelican Parts and Automotion. PP has the part for $55+ and Auto has the right for $44+ and the left for $33+. (part # 905610 and 905611). Which to buy? Anyone know the OEM part #? thanks

There is a difference in that the drivers side (UK) has a connection for the alarm system so that if someone opens the rear hatch the alarm will sound. Presuming its armed of course.

If it's the same as the 944S, I believe one of them has spade lugs for the rear defroster connection?

They both have rear demister connections, the RH one has a feed conn. near the pivot point and also a conn. to the demister, as does the RH one. The RH one also has the alarm connection.
