I believe mine is 4 bar plus with cold engine, and 2-2.5 bar with warm engine..

My coupe gets about 2.5 bar at 1000 rpm but maybe only 1.6 bar at 800 rpm (ie idle). I get over 4 bar at 3000 rpm. My cab is always over 3 bar all the time. Of course 300,000 km in the coupe is more than 62,000 km in the cab.

That oil seems a bit thick for this car. I just switched from RedLine 10w40 to Amsoil 10w40, I use to run Mobil 15w50. But there are lots of differing opinions on oil out there, so your mileage may vary.
