Chrysler Cordoba

It wasn't the look, it was the "Corinthian Leather"
Here you can reminisce, it almost brought tears to my eyes:

My picks:
- Elegance: mid 1930s Cord or Auburn
- Speed: 1967 Shelby Cobra
- Overall: DB9
The ones that make my list and I actually may have a shot at some day:
- MB 280SL
- 1971-1975 BMW 3.0CS/CSi/CSL
Honorable mention:
- 1963-1965 Buick Riviera

Ha... ... Que es mas macho? Well Tattoo of course: "The plane! The plane!"
Barfy TV show which enslaved the knuckleheads and it still happens today
Ok, Ok, I admit to watching "Dallas" also (we couldn't go out as much after the kids were born). At least the Ewings had some decent cars and license plates. Glad those days are gone. On the other hand, isn't Tattoo really Mini-Me? Not sure, they kinda look alike.
Sorry, back to cars now.

Saw a brand new GT3 RS on the 91 yesterday. Wow. Now THAT looks like the ultimate driving machine.

Ha - I would LOVE to see a car like that open it up on a clear patch of freeway. It's kind of ironic that here in socal there's perhaps the largest concentration of supercars in the world, but practically no place to use them to even a fraction of their potential.
I've never been a super 911 fan either. My favorite Porsche is the 928. It's just so awesomely retro-futuristic. And it's the one I fit in the best - I'm 6'4". Unfortunately, my car-repair budget is nowhere near 928-worthy. I think once my suspension is dialed in, my 968 will be my new favorite Porsche!

Not only is the GT3 RS fun to drive, the sound the thing makes when you get up over 5000 rpm is ungodly. And from the drivers seat it is very LOUD. It is not a relaxing car to drive. IT requires your undivided attention.
Back OT, I think one of the reasons that I like the 968s looks is that it does remind me of the Cobra Daytona Coupe and the Ferrari 250 GTO. I think the new Audi R8 Cabrio is a beautiful looking car.

I had the great fortune to visit a rabid collector/driver this weekend. No names and no pictures, but this guy is a true enthusiast with the means to own whatever he wants.
The cars he is keeping close (and daily driving) at the moment (he has at least this many in storage)
BMW Z8 Alpina
Porsche 996 Twin Turbo
SLR McLaren (Convertible)...
I AM IN LOVE
Bentley Speed
Ferrari F430 (Convertible)
Ford GT
Jaguar XK8 Turbo (Convertible) 2000 with 14,000 miles
I was speechless and breathless...I want to be him...
