They allow you to adjust both compression and rebound as well as height.

Well, the general impression is that M030 is good suspension. It certainly works well on my car, but it is expensive to buy, and expensive to have rebuilt. Rather than rebuild mine (it needs it) I have ordered KW V3 because it is at least as good as the M030 on the track (maybe better) and the rate adjustability means that it should be more comfortable on the highway.
