Relay/Fuse box breakdown with pics

I was told that this box was shorting out and it was causing all the problems. I don't see anything wrong with this, so I probably just had harness plugs that were not seated properly. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif[/img]

I've done it before. But I there is a shorten circuit. You can see that by the "melt" or burned tracks. I looked at the pictures but I think your fusebox is in good condition.

Yeah, after what I was told by the mechanic I fully expected a melt down, burned copper, maybe some corrosion. But nothing, clean as whistle inside (now it has finger prints). I'm going to use a little denatured alcohol, rub it down and carefully put it back together. I'll just stash it for a spare....

ha! yeah I took mine apart once - trying to track down a short - did it as much out of curiosity as I did really expecting to find a fault in there. the job is not for the faint of heart - keep the wiring diagram close by!
