The control unit is hidden under the fusebord. Mounted at the driverside. If you look under the steeringcolumn you will see it directly.
On the cover from the fusebox you can read witch fuse it is.

there is nothing on the bottom of my fuse box cover pertaining to cruise control. are u saying there is another box under the main one? thanx,Matt

The extra relais and fuses are located in the left side in the footwell. See also the usermanual of the car.
