This is what every car guy needs.
Is the house just out of the frame? How long of a dog run is that? What are you using to heat the upstairs? Look like the type of place I would send way too much time in. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/laugh.png" class="smilie" alt="" />

A little tip. I renforced my cabs with metal corner brackets. Really firms them up.
