power window troubles
#1

I can only roll down the passenger window from the driver side. Also sometimes the driver window does not roll down when the switch is pushed. Sometimes if I push it several times then it will work? Does anyone think that replacing the switches will cure the problem? Thanks

Yes, or you could clean your existing switches.

I have some spare switches if you need them.

Contact cleaner or tuner cleaner from Radio Shack may help clean the switch

I think I can confirm the contact cleaner. I brought the switches on my seat back to life this way. Removed the switches, sprayed Radio Shack contact cleaner inside, worked them back and forth several times, and they have been fine since. The contact cleaner removes the goo from the contacts and just working the switch brought them back to life. This may work for the window switches as well.
