June 2 and 3 are the Historic races at Sears Point in Sonoma. I will be at the races both days with a couple of my clients. So a trip to Paso that weekend won't work.

How about this weekend?

Well either way I'm in. Last year Paso Robles was way too far for me to just drive for fun. But since I have an apartment in Riverside, and a home in SF I need to move back into, I could use this gtg as an excuse to go get some stuff. I can caravan with the norcal group going, and then with the socal group coming. That would be pretty cool, actually.

I'd love to drag my mom along in her newly acquired 968, but I know she has qualms about driving long distances for nothing but fun. I'll try though.

no can do this weekend - besides, WAY too many cops and too much traffic on the road on memorial weekend, to make it fun for us - i never plan these things on holidays for that reason, and the fact that many people take off and do something else

hope you can make it

I could be in. Have nothing goin that weekend, which is rare in the coaching world. Is Dave going (the guy I saw you with at Ventura last September)? Hopefully we can get a good group.

dave did join us in paso robles last year, but he did not catch up with us until there

Yes it was Ron. It'll be good to see y'all again and see the upgrades you've made to your cab. Also, I know a GREAT restaurant where we could eat, but it's in Nipomo(just south of Arroyo Grande and north of Santa Maria). It's an old stagecoach stop called Jacko's and has the original Santa Maria style barbecue. I can arrange for reservations if everyone is interested.

Well, I'm told that my car will remain in the body shop until June 6.

I'd still love to go if anyone has a free seat.

Nothing dramatic. A lady backed into me, breaking my turn signal and tweaking the fender. I actually decided the day before to take the car in to fix a ding in the hood so this facilitated that repair as well.

I know. I was suprised when they projected that date to me. The only reason they gave was the holiday weekend. Chances are they will knock it out before then.

One way or another, I intend to join y'all. So I'll let you know how things are coming along.

No, I met you at Flash's last June right after I bought the car. It came from the bay area as a matter of fact.
