Is the rear hatch glass still available?
#1

As title, can you still buy the rear hatch glass?

I think you can but the cost will almost exceed the economic value of the car. If I remember correctly it was around 5000 euro's (probably including the spoiler etc)

Converted wrong (you took the UK Pounds rate as Euro's). More like $720, plus shipping etc.

I've emailed them as they have a place in the UK and that's where the window is made, will let you know.

If you're looking at the Lexan glass from Deutschnine.com then be aware it's really for track use and has no demister facilty.

yeah - i've had my share of lexan - just fine for a track car, but not good for street use - they are too soft and don't hold up for long - you have to use "peel-aways" on the windshield, and buff the crap out of the rest every race - eventually though they get too scratched and you have to replace them - they are usually noisy too

Sure does look nice, though. And that green tint is... interesting. I wouldn't expect a rear hatch to get that terribly scratched up, but I do agree, it's best used on a track car.
