How long is a clutch supposed to last?
#21

I'd suggest that the clutch is to the most variability of any wear item in the car. Imagine the difference between a gentle start off the line along with proper dowshift blibs compared to terrorizing the freeway ramps with lightening quick upshifts and ragged high rev stops (I'm doing my best to fry mine nowWink.

Dunno, but I'd guess that a clutch can last anywhere from 50K to 150K depending on how its driven - even more variable than brakes.
