I thought that there was a post on this some time ago but I cannot find it using the search feature.
So, my hatch will not open, pressing the button from the inside does cause the hatch motor to run, but nothing else. Inserting the key in the back does nothing. Your suggestions are welcome.

The latches are adjustable. There is a small black plastic box at each latch with a linkage to the lock. Look and see if the screws holding one of the latches has loosened. You can look at your 924S before climbing into the back of the 968.
