front sway bar bushings - hey flash
#1

Hey Bob,

I wanted to know more about the front sway bar bushing setup you had, you mentioned that you had polyurethane bushing that you had modified.

Can you gime a little run down of what you did any why. Should I go with the delrin or polyurethane ones?

actually, mine are delrin - i modified them to accept grease and then added shaft collars to keep the bar centered, since after adding the grease, the danged thing would shift from side to side as much as an inch, which led to unequal preload, and odd handling

i guess i'll have to put a DIY together for this mod

i have no problems with the bushings now - they have been quiet for over a year - if you are going to the M030 bars, they make a nice addition

absolutely add the sway bar brace from either tarret or kla - the stock bracket is not up to the job
