new oem front springs?

I am replacing the front strut's with OEM's - before I just replace the springs cause I am replacing the struts - are springs normally replaced at certain intervals other than breakage?

Thanks Flash. Now I just need determine if the used 18x10" ET65 rims will fit without spacers.

Use the wheel calculator xls here, it give clearances for tires so it will give you a good idea of fit.
