when you say i turn one full turn for the fronts do you mean1 click or how ever many clicks it equals for a full revolution sorry to be a pain and ask but i hold your opinion in high regard and want to get it right

there are no clicks on the yellow sport struts. it is a continuous rotation. so, to be clear, 360 degrees of rotation from full soft. you may find that you need to back that off a touch, but start there.

The front shock i have, have a adjustment at the top of the strut and koni give you a little key to turn them it clicks i beleive 8 or 6 different settings the rears are as you describe 3 way adjustable you simply wind them in and out.

maybe i dont have koni sport front shocks...?

maybe not. all of the koni yellows i've seen turn smoothly with no clicks.



i would try to see if there is any way to tell what they are. to determine the setting starting point, find the spring rate range of the shock or strut, and then plot yourself in there based on what you have.



for example, if a strut has a spring rate range of 100 to 400, and you choose a 200lb spring, then you would start your setting at about 30-40% of the range of adjustment. 300 would get about 60-70%.



koni yellows have a maximum useable rate of about 350, and a minimum of about 100. the adjustment range is about 2.5 turns or so. hence the 1 turn from full soft.



there are a number of variables that can result in small changes in adjustment. tire type, car weighting, road conditions, yada yada, but that is a starting point.

Thanks flash i relaised today that it turns rarther than click sometimes i wonder what goes on in my head!
