Dry Ice Dent Removal Method

I saw an interesting video on YouTube where someone was removing a dent in their car using dry ice, by rubbing it over the dented area. I did a search and there were dozens of videos and web sites showing the same method.



Has anyone seen this done?

I've never actually seen it done but have been told more than once by locals here that it does work.

If it actually works (and it sounds too good to be true), it would seem to be the ideal method to use on those frustrating fender dimples (from mechanics digging their elbows into the fenders) that so many of us have. Looking forward to reading more info in this...
