The thing that strikes me about this, and all of the D1R products is the transparency that Bob employs in his development process. It has sometimes been painful for me to see how the sausage is made as I wade through 176 posts about how something is almost right. Another vendor tried to create a supercharger and put a product on the market in 2 weeks that failed miserably and left the buyers struggling to make a bunch of crappy parts work; most failed or surrendered.
I will firmly attest that the D1R products on my 968 have always been right on the mark the first time and remain on my 968 to this day, I have never had a failure or a miscue of any kind for any of the products on my car (that includes the prototype pieces as well).
I know that this is a small market with very few owners and even fewer who are willing to go down the slippery modification slope, and that this is a personal relationship as much as it is a business for Bob, but can I say that the customer service for his projects are unrivaled from any vendor large or small. My 968 experience would be a lot less enjoyable without your thoughtful development.
Bravo on this, and all of your products!

Was just re-reading this thread... Hmmm, it looks like I'm one of the last one's that bought a stage 3 - it's at Bobs waiting to be installed - and boy am I looking forward to it! <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/EmoticonCar.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

I truly regret not getting a supercharger from Bob but couldn't justify the cost at the time. But really happy I ordered from his last two batches of parts.
