I've driven the car about 200 mi. since I completed the clutch / master cyl job, I've had no issues whatsoever with the "polished" flywheel, it feels just fine. Of course now that I've said the the DMF will crap out.......

That $615 price is very good, much better than the $9xx price listed on his website. Wonder why that is? You sure it's the 968 DMF?

If you're getting close to needing a clutch, do it early rather than late. If you can leave the flywheel in the job really is very easy. Don't waste your money on the clutch alignment tool, the sliding shaft takes care of that for you, besides you couldn't get the tool in there anyhow. BTW, anyone want to buy a 968 clutch alignment tool, cheap?

After posting my last remark about the flywheel price I went back and re-checked Paragon's price on the web and it's $615. I'm about 98% sure it was about $200 higher a little over a month ago, I compared Paragon and Pelican's prices and a 3rd source (don't remember who) that was cheaper at about $725. This was when I was having trouble finding someone to resurface my old one.

I could be mistaken but I don't think so. Glad the price has come down.
