Brake wear sensors
#1

I ordered and received a set of brake wear sensors for the new rear brake project. It was my understanding that the wire for the rear is a bit longer than the wire for the front. According to URO part number 944 912 365 01 they are both identical. The parts are coming from CARID. Who has the answer??

Finished installing the rear rotors and brake pads. Unable to install the wear sensors due to the limited access you get from just jacking up the car. Will have to bring it in to a place where they have a lift. Not having them installed does trigger the brake pad warning light. No adjustment of the parking brake was necessary. Now just 100 miles needed to break them in.
