lol - you were the first.  i loved the satisfaction i saw from driving it so much that i let others do it afterward.

 

it is truly ironic that the supercharger is going on that car.  until i found the targa, i had parked the one kit, and always planned on supercharging the white car, and having that be my daily driver.  i gave up on that, and opted instead to sell the car.  i had a moment where i reconsidered doing that again, once i knew i had to let the targa go, but ultimately decided i couldn't drive a 968 in ireland any more than i could drive a targa.  after all that, now the kit is going on the white car after all.

Judd checking on. Made it to Monterey. This car is great. Marishka has driven it only for the time it took to get from Disneyland to Flash's house. I just took it away from her after that. My theory so far has been that once we get home she will be driving it all the time so this is my only chance. Tomorrow she takes it back, my theory has run its course. Will keep taking pics and send asap. Judd

Replying to myself, but I wanted to say how much we are enjoying the cabrio. Now showing it off to relatives in the Portland area. Along the way I relented and let Marishka drive her own car! Have not seen the keys since. Previously I said that the car is as advertised but that needs to be amended because it's much better than advertised. I don't see how any car from the 90s can be in new condition but that's the case. Thanks again to Flash for his very kind send off in this new adventure. Judd and Marishka

Hi, Marishka here, just uploaded an album of photos of The White Car [official name bestowed by Flash, but I call her Pearl] taken at the Madonna Inn.  I am just thrilled, having a blast driving [finally] and can't wait till Judd installs the supercharger!
