This is the second time in five years ( I think five .,,but it could be six or seven ) that a cargo ship with high end Porsches on it burned ..
Heck of a coincidence .. the last time as I recall , it included 3 customized GT
2 RS cars headed for owners in Dubai .
And there was that train a while back with a dozen of 356 which derailed and totaled all those cars . I think transporting Porsches is a jinx ! Or it’s an insurance fraud scheme to collect on cars which maybe have been “fake sold”. Or maybe not …
As long as a 918 was not lost in the incident . That is the
only Porsche I like …other then the 968. But at $ 2.5 - $ 3 M for a used one , it’s just a tad out of my budget
