Duckman, it's Chin Motorsports, see http://www.chinmotorsports.com/. You'll see that they have to VIR events in late 2007 - one is November 4-5, the other is December 8-9. I'm aiming at the November event - because there's no issue with me driving there with my performance tires on the car. In December, I could have snow here in NJ so I usually put my winter tires on the car at Thanksgiving and I have no way of carrying tires to the event.

Don, I have some photos of the artwork and t-shirts. Let me know if you'd like them.

Would anyone be willing to post the answers to the Tech Quiz? Unfortunately, I missed that part and the more I look over the quiz, the more I realize I still have a lot to learn.

Incidentally today is the 1 year anniversary for my 968. Seems like just yesterday the flat bed truck from North Carolina was unloading my 968 in a Wal-Mart parking lot. 1 Year +/- 6,000 smiles.

Thanks, Steve

It took about a week to get "approved" which was annoying but once I did, this site is not so bad.

Yeah that is Eric's way of controlling the spammers but it would be nice to be a little quicker.

Thanks for sharing your photos - brings back memories of the Swap Meet Day at the 2003 Celebration. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

Sorry Paul I validate about once a week I can do it more often (If I can remember) The site gets about 5-10 new accounts a day with the user name like LILBLUPIL or XXXME or SDLFDW. It sucks validating manually but the spam on this board has been ALMOST non existent since I put this method into place.

Anyway Thanks for joining us!

Note to all 50 PCA 968 Register members who attended the 968 Celebration in Hershey in April:

I apologize for being so tardy in providing feedback but it has been very hectic around here since the 2 grandkids moved in almot 2 years ago. After the 968 Celebration, I crashed and burned for a while and then realized that I had completely ignored the little guys during the 4 months of preparation.

My wife also advised that my "honeydo jobs" were way behind. Finally, I cheated on Miss 968 and spent time with my other love - the 57 Chevy Bel Air Sport Coupe.

Thanks to all of you for the many kudos but I had lots of help in putting on the event. I will be sending out a complete list of all the winners to the PCA 968 Register members soon plus, God Willing, write the article for Panorama. It may appear in 2008, but at this point, that is acceptable.

As pointed out in my other postings today, I hope to see you either at the Hershey Swap Meet in April or at the PCA 968 Register Celebration in Albuquerque in September!

Have a Happy Halloween tonight!
