Schatts is a given:-) we often eat at Schatts when we visit our daughter in Ukiah. There's a bbq place in Bishop owned by one of the Schatts family where we'll probably have dinner.


I wasn't going to take 120 but instead 108 a little farther north. Do you think 120 would be better?

Looking at a map 120 looks to be the shorter drive, but I'm sure it will take longer.

 

I would take 108 as planned.  That way you don't have to pay an entrance fee into

Yosemite and you won't have traffic and looky loos.  Last year some cars stopped

in front of me without pulling to the side to look at 2 bears.
