Bob good luck with the event... wish I could be there! I was unaware that Toys in Spring would cause so much controversy... I know the effort it takes to coordinate these events and I appreciate what you have been doing for the community. I am not aware of any other regional group of 968 enthusiasts that are this active. This is in large part your doing.

Not to derail the thread I just wanted to say thanks!

Is this concours event exclusive to PCA members, or can mere mortals attend ?

absolutely - bring your pathetic underling self down here - heck, i think you should convince some of your bay area breterin to attend - in fact, met what will be a new member of your group today - ron bradley (silverblt) - he bought virgil's silver 94 with polished cup 2s and stopped by here today after picking up the car, so i could give it the once-over, and off he went home to sacto

still haven't sent the email yet, and a lot of the people aren't frequent users of any site, and certainly have stayed away from the other one - now that things are moving along nice and peacefully here, we should see them more active

I'm just a lurker, don't post much <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> , but I guess I'll go.

Bob, also confirm that the Nethercutt tour has a dress code. No shorts or jeans. Dockers and Izods are OK.

I'm going through car withdrawels (driving a Expedition and Hyundai can do that). Once I get my car back, I'll be game for anything.

plenty of time left, but any progress on the details ?

BTW, are the tickets / attendance protocol limited ? My buddy in Pasadena wants to check out the cars, so I could give him a ride there if getting in is not an issue.. ?
