On the attached picture, you'll see three things circled.
Question 1 - Gas cap doesn't seem to be flush, how do I fix this?
Question 2 - Area around top of the hatch, see the delamination? How can I fix that?
Question 3 - The front right corner of the sunroof doesn't sit all the way down flush. It did when I first got it, but after I took the sunroof off for cleaning, I haven't been able to get it to sit flush again. Anyone know what's up?

Gas cap - The mount is a bit flimsy and can be adjusted a little, but I have never seen one so indented.
Sunroof - Try installing again and ensure that the front is properly seated from the begining of closure. These can be tricky. Often the problem you are seeing occurs after a new sunroof seal is installed. It can take months to settle down - or never seat exactly flush.
Both of these problems make me wonder about the surprisingly good condition of the paint on a car with over 100k. Has this car been in an accident or had a new paint job to your knowledge? It seems to have very little wear or rock chips. Having asked, this could also be a function of good wax, paint care, and a lot of highway luck.
Delamination - The curse of the 944/968 series. Do a search here and also on the Rennlist 924/944/968 forum as I seem to recall someone posting a repair procedure. Was not an easy fix. The rear hatch glass is scary expensive - replacement after an accident in a 944 can easily total the car due to cost. From the photo yours does not look all that bad for the mileage.

Gas Cap - I'll try and adjust it.
Sunroof - I'll do what you said.
On the paint - Originally it was bought in Houston, spent two years there and then came to San Antonio and was traded in on a new Jaguar. Second owner bought it from there and owned it until Jan of this year. He was a phd psychologist and very anal retentive according to the shop that worked on it. They said that it was never in a wreck but that it was repainted, by whom they don't know. That owner is now overseas so I can't find out exactly.
I'm going to replace the aero skirt moulding and door latch moulding this weekend, and try to fix the gas cap problem. I'm also going to throw in a noise suppresor for the radio.
Once that's done, nothing left to do but drive it and enjoy it!

It's ignition noise that increases with engine speed. It only shows up in AM. I bought a 20amp noise filter at Pep Boys that will go in-line on the radio's power wire. That should fix that.
And I've also got to re-terminate the end of the antenna cable
I might get to this tonight, more like this weekend though...
