this thread is depressing, the more I read the more I move toward the conclusion that efforts to develop ways to make our cars faster is a waste of time and money .. the ability to use and enjoy that capability is so diminished by this whole crap, it no longer offers any motivation

only virginia and DC for passenger vehicles - there are many states that prohibit use in commercial vehicles though, which is from where a lot of the assumption comes

lol - don't give up - there are plenty of roads on which to enjoy these cars, with relatively little risk of constabulary intervention
