It was not that difficult to get the pieces into the door when I did it this past year.
You need to get the plastic sheeting out of the way, however.
I may have done it in more than 2 pieces to get max coverage.
One observation from my experience is that taking time to seal up the plastic sheeting, as air tight as possible, makes a HUGE difference in road noise.
I also replaced the foam insulation around the door release handle with foam weather stripping of about the same size that I bought at Lowes, and fixed a few broken and missing fasteners in the speaker bracket etc.
These things made at least as big of a difference as the sound deadener (though I wasn't smart enough to use the high quality sound deadener and will likely be going back in to replace it with the Dynamat Extreme).

I am just wondering about future dents in the doors. I think we all suffer from dents occurring in the doors and If you stick dynamat on the door skins won't paintless dent removal become much harder?
