So... having grown weary of the routine of epoxying back on the studs for the rear hatch trim, I've decided to splurge for new. In taking off the old noticed the two rear-most nuts and bolts for the wing were completely rusted on.
One I got off with the impact driver, the other, even after days of PB-Blast soaking, I had to cut off with a hacksaw. Now replaced with some new SS hardware. Now that feels better... :-)

Agreed - in this case my over-large nut splitter doesn't fit in the recess and over the nut. Every operation needs a multivalent approach. :-)
