I should definitely look more often into this forum. I'm -again- probably too late...
I now have attached two pictures from a German Porsche forum. Hope this helps. I wish I had made pictures from my own procedure... The first one shows the two stubborn air duct parts (red crossed) that need to be removed. The second picture, after removal of the upper round air hose/tube, shows, on close inspection, where at least one of the "hidden" screws are located (the one next to where the large hose was connected). The two electrical powered valves in the center need only to be losened and put a little bit aside. No need to disconnect them completely (as far as I remember). The two coolant tubes are behind the black plastic part in the lower center of the second picture. When removed you can easily disconnect the tubes (beware of 3 litres of water coming out!). Finally, you should be able to slide out the radiator towards the passenger side.
