My recently acquired '93 Cab came with 17 x 7 Cayenne wheels, front and back. I'm thinking of switching out to something with wider wheels in back as the car originally came. I was wondering if the following wheels would fit:
Turbo Twists:
Front: 7J X 17, Offset: 55, OEM P/N: 996.362.124.00
Rear: 9J X 17, Offset: 55, OEM P/N: 996.362.128.00
Opinions on switching vs. sticking with the Cayennes and other possible options would be greatly greatly appreciated.

I've looked around using the search feature, but have not been able to find a definitive answer. I'm also interested in others' opinions on running the Cayennes which I incorrectly described as 17 x 7. I believe they are actually 17 x 7.5. Is putting slightly larger tires (235s?) on the rear a decent option?

I have a Cayenne with the 17" wheels. The tires that come with them for a Cayenne are 235x65. The wheels are filled out well with 235s. You might find, however, that the Cayenne wheels are rather heavy compared to a car wheel. The finish is also not all that durable.
