It is a lip that you can add to the front of you car at the bottom by the batwing joint. It separates the air going into the car and creates better air flow into the car and under for better aeordynamics - as I understand it. It's on my list of to-dos.
Problem is most of them are fibreglass and on bunp and she cracks. The good ones are 3 times the price and made of plastic like the front of the car, they last.
