Plastic center cap emblem
#1

I'm getting a set of wheels powdercoated and when removing the center caps, the center cap emblem popped off. They are new, plastic versions, with the emblem glued on. What is the best glue to put it back on with, some type of epoxy or maybe silicone? Thanks

Use epoxy or contact cement and slightly rough up the contact area for better adhesion.

Does anyone know how to make the center caps more theft resistant? I have heard of a few ideas (small screws, etc.) but I was wondering if there was a preferred method.

Thanks!

I just bought aluminium ones. They can only be removed with the wheel off the car due to the absence of the two holes. Maybe you can pry them out, but they would definitely be damaged then (and hopefully unattractive to the potential thief).
