Great video. You should start a national geographic thread.

Be careful. If the car cover is on, and the cat starts to slip when it jumps, it will "dig in" and scratch. I just cover the cab top only and although many of my 29 cats jump on the cars they never scratch the paint as they never slip.

Dan, yes 29 cats. PLUS -

1 dog

4 aquariums

+/- 80 rats

4 snakes

2 degus

2 lizards

3 mice

1 hamster

plus we feed 3 stray cats each night

plus we feed about 15 racoons peanut butter sandwiches each night.

This is the payback for having 3 Porsches.

You should see my compost pile!

That's a lot of animals. I thought we were bad. I've managed to keep our heard at less than 10. Three indoor cats, two outdoor cats, and 5 dogs. It'd be really easy to have more, always plenty of street animals that need homes.

Kim, no offense intended, but have you ever considered other types of paybacks? Lol

I'm perfectly content with the mini wildlife preserve we have in our backyard ; raccoons, rabbits, squirrels, mice, partridges, blue jays, doves, finches, robins, sparrows, humming birds, owls, a small field hawk spotted occasionally, crows ( I tell ya, it's a friggin' aviary around here..and the new resident cat tries to catch all of them but batting 0 so far..) lizards, some garden variety snakes, bees, and who knows what other critters roam around here when we're not watching.. But they all get along as if they were cast in a Disney movie. We only feed the birds, yet the spill-over seems to attract all those other hungry souls. Also, lots and lots of deer, but thankfully the fence keeps them out of our yard, so the flowers and plants are safe. Too much dough invested in landscaping to have deer make a meal of those things.

This reminds me to check the garden's fountain for any west-nile virus carrying mosquitos , those are definitely not welcomed !!

Ok, we took HER to a vet today only to find out it's a HIM. The " wee-wee " was always retracted so no way to tell by that, plus it was neutered , and since it has six nipples I just assumed it was a female... how was I to know male cats also have that many nipples ?!

( btw, WTF do they need them for ?! ..) Good news is now I only have to find ways to prevent one cat from climbing on the cars and not an entire litter of kittens ..

Wow, that's quite the menagerie! I though we were pretty bad:

1 cat

1 African Leopard Tortoise

2 Leopard Geckos (Buddie Gecko & Jose Gecko)

1 Sailfin Water Dragon

2 aquariums

Just one cat here. A good ol' cat that follows me around like a dog, lays nearby while I do yard work and likes just sitting with the wife and I. Very cool. But it sucks watching him get old. Herc is now 14 and its starting to show. Developing arthritis in the front left leg. Goes down the steps much slower now and sleeps more then usual, even for a cat. He went to jump up onto the desk the other day and misjudged it. The hind parts never quite made it to the height of the desk. So as his front paws scurried frantically to hang on, he was only able to sling loose papers to the floor before slipping back down. It was a sad and funny sight as he's a very prideful cat.

Perhaps we'll invest on some handicap ramps.

Hilarious.. Good thing they manage to soft-land on all fours ( and hopefully that drop was not more than just a few feet...landing on all fours from the top of a tall building does not quite have the same effect... )
