yokohama avs es100 correct tire pressure?
#1

So I bought the yokos and they are like night and day compared to the yoko AVS Db's the 968 came with. Thanks for all your help on this board. My mechanic said to run them between 38-42psi? He set them at 40psi .They are specced/maxxed at 44psi. Any thoughts. What are others running these tires at? Once I get the correct range I may try to chalk them at Flashes recommendation. Thanks

Certainly don't run them at max pressure. You will wear out the center. Right now I have mine at 34 PSI all around.

Some tire guides and digital databases used by installers show that 38-42 psi figure for the 968. That is near max pressure. I run 34 around town and 36 for PCA events or when I'm just feeling frisky.
