So I just finished installing the Escort QI45 radar/laser detector with laser shifter. It turned out better than I expected. I have the same system installed on my Lotus and it has saved me numerous times from both radar and lidar. Even notice a couple of times that the officer was fiddling with his lidar as I pass..
