New guy here!
#1

Hello everyone!

I have recently picked up a '92 968 6 speed in Amazon Green with grey interior. This is my first Porsche, but the second one in the family (dad owns a 2004 996 C2). I did purchase this car from a member of this board as well.

Current modifications:

M030 rear sway bar

B&B cat-back

euro turn signals

Kirkey seats

and a little stereo stuff, but I need to work on rewiring that so everything works properly

Oh, and no pics yet. I've been too busy driving it to take pictures. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Maybe, but midnight blue is the fastest, it's a proven fact. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/laugh.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/tongue.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

C'mon guys, there's a very good reason Porsche named their yellow:

SPEED Yellow!!!

As such, even Porsche recognizes that yellow is the "speediest."

Oh you're here? Geez... This place must be filled with riff-raff then!

I kid, I kid.

I am certainly enjoying the new to me car! Pic's might happen tomorrow, depending on how ambitious I feel when I wake up.

Speed yellow, not speediest yellow. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> I told y'all that midnight blue is the fastest, but you don't want to believe. You guys must be too young to remember how long the Blue Flame held the world speed record. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Seriously, I have a soft spot for speed yellow, it was my first Porsche experience in a Turbo 924. My Uncle hooked me in my teen years and I have had the fever since. I am so smitten with the marque that I go into my garage at night and just look at my car. Beautiful wife, beautiful kids, beautiful cars, I am truly blessed.
