Today I tried another time to install the durametric software. Now it was working. I did a quick search into the software. But there is nog option left to add more or change the adresscodes of the different components.
The software that I use and is described in the other topic has more options to add and change adresses.
So there is no option to adding the alarm, abs, climate control etc to durametic.
You must wait for durametric to add them If they are willin to do that.??

Here is what it looks like/installed on a LHD car....the glove box is removed on the passenger side, and it has the big black cap on it in the right in the picture. Shouldn't be too hard to find for you.

I change the starter motor the first day I owned the car....really easy. If you have a few jacks you can do it.
What are your symptoms?

Obd2 software will not work for obd1 cars. Those tools are worthless for a 968.

total waste of your money, our early OBD cars do not speak the same lingo as later cars, it was only in 1996 that a standard was sort of employed,
the 944S2 /968 speak only Porsche ODB which is loosely based on an ISO type, as soon as you get to 96 and Boxster they speak OBDII
