My somewhat new coupe
#1

Hello guys,
Ive had the car for over a year now but haven't really been active on the forum.
Figure its about time to show it off.

Its a 1994 coupe with a 6 speed, MO30, lsd, leather, and premium sound.

some of the aftermarket goodies include:
17" ruf speedline wheels, stuttgart shift block, grieman grills, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, magnacore plug wires, air box mod, strut tower brace, aluminum shift knob insert, polished aluminum door sill plates, and a full set of Rennline adjustable race pedals. I also have an unusual front splitter. If anyone can identify it for me I would appreciate it.

All that with under 65K on the odometer.

Now if only I could find the topic explaining how to post pictures. I'm getting the impression my post count needs to be higher?

here is a view showing the front splitter.
Notice how far the wings on the side stick out. I havent seen any other cars with a splitter like this, im wondering if it was a home made type thing since the quality isnt that great.

IMHO, black is the best color for these cars or any car really.

Splitter looks like the one from GT Racing.

Welcome to the forum Carl! Beautiful 968, and I too, love those wheels. Yes, the splitter is from GT Racing. I toured Hank Godfredson's shop on a tour with the rocky Mountain region run by Chris Lennon. They do good work and that splitter really looks strong. Hope it holds up over the long run. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

welcome, awesome coupe. The Splitter look like its a Fiberglass AIR (American International Racing) Splitter. I went through a couple of them and then went with their Carbonfiber unit (which is more durable). They stick out because they are designed to fit flush with the AIR fender flares (which are wider).
