New Arrival
#1

After not much more than a week I picked this up on Monday before London became snowed in so haven't had it out yet! Still 150 mile drive home was good

It's a one owner 968 Sport, full Porsche service history from new to now and overall in very good condition (85,000 miles). Here's some pic's from the advert;

Thanks,

It's actually the Sport rather than CS, but other than rear seats and a few electrics it's actually the same I believe. judging by the serial number it's the third to last one built!

Looking forward to the 2 feet of snow melting so I can take her out.

I was thinking the same thing but more in terms of colors. It seems that cars in Europe, UK, Aus, NZ and even the Carribean that join the forum are more often than not a color that is rare in teh US. Is that just my natural car-color envy showing or is it real?

rxter: That too. I wish I lived in Europe sometimes.

Great looking car! Appears the steering wheel is on the wrong side, though. Better take it back.

I did notice that the steering wheel was damaged and pushed to the wrong side of the car but I believe Design1Racing has a kit coming out to remedy that known issue in some of the 93-95 years. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/laugh.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> For now just drive slow and do a lot of left shoulder checks!

huh? what? sorry - i was upside down underneath the dash trying to move the clutch pedal to the other side of the car - did i miss something?

funny stuff - is it that bad to everybody else too? i know i always seem to be on a project (i think i just started 2 more), but i didn't realize others thought so too

back on topic - i think the car looks great - i'd tint the windows though - i've seen it on that color and it looks fantastic

Thanks for all the kind responses.

Over in the UK we can only tint the rear window and the two rear sides, may look a bit odd with just those?

And we all know the 'right' side for the steering wheel is the 'right' side!

same here in california - look great - the big bubble back window seems to be lessened by being darker- the 3 rears darkened looks really good, but then i am used to seeing it like that too

Not my first Porsche no, i've just come out of a 1987 911 Carrera 3.2.

The plate is no longer on the car as previous owner took it with him, not sure on the letters/numbers as doesn't appear to mean anything to his name.
