Look through tbe bottom opening in your front bumper...
#1

Please grab a flashlight and look through the bottom opening in your front bumper...and look at the bottom of the radiator.

Is there a gap between your radiator and the plastic panel that is under the front bumper? If so about how big?

Mine has about an 1 1/2" gap all along where it meets the radiator. This doesn't seem right to me.

Thanks for the help!!! <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

There should be a ~1" tall strip of rubber on the bat wing/undertray to seal that gap. It rests in some tabs molded on the undertray. Porsche calls the part 'piping' (944.505.523.00).

eric - that strip of rubber is there, but it still doesn't seal.

Is the back side of the undertray still attached? There are three bolts that attach it on the back side of the radiator frame. If it is all buttoned up you must be seeing a normal gap.
