Lens gap adjustment [taillight to bumper cover]
#1

Well...I got ever so slightly rear ended yesterday. I pulled over and the other driver didn't...it was a love tap +

I noticed this morning that the gap between drivers side taillight and the bumper cover is a few mm larger than the passenger side gap. I took the rear light out thinking it possibly got loose but it wasn't the case. It seems the oval in the bumper cover has warped ever so slightly to create a larger gap for one side. Thoughts or methods I could employ to "adjust the gap" in the garage? Thank you.

Foam tape on the bottom of the lens where it sits inside the bumper cover should do the trick
