I've been told this part is NLA and am looking for a solution other than steel putty. Its the little plastic bit at the end of the adjustment screw.

Hella makes some "universal headlight adjusting screws" but they don't look remotely similar. I looked up 928 because its been said they're the same but they don't look it.
